LOCATION
Welcome to Bethany Spring Neighborhood. We are a small 50 home neighborhood located in Cumming, Georgia (Forsyth County) approximately 35 miles north of Atlanta. Drive 15 minutes north for breathtaking views of the Appalachian Mountain range or take a quick trip to Lake Lanier for some boating, beach and fun.

 

FUN
Hike, bike or run on the nearby Big Creek Greenway for some nature connections. Forsyth County Parks and Recreation is home to countless parks, trails, playgrounds, recreation facilities, and seasonal recreation programming.

SCHOOLS

Bethany Spring is zoned for some of the top rated schools in the state: Daves Creek Elementary School, South Forsyth Middle School and South Forsyth High School. Forsyth County is also home to four public libraries, the closest, Sharon Forks, one only 2 miles away and recently underwent rennovations.

COMMON AREA

Bethany Spring HOA Common area is currently under construction. Once completed, we will be adding our green space alongside our pool and cabana. ​It's going to be great!

BSHOA COMMUNITY

Pre-Covid, Bethany Spring HOA hosted a few pool party and Halloween socials for our neighborhood families. We can't wait to get back to our fun gatherings.
